| Uh-oh...he didn't just leave his scroll behind, did he?
I really liked that Dumbledore's beaming was all about how Snape was behaving nicely toward HARRY! Quite a sly comment on canon there! Yes, yes, if anything could camouflage the chemistry between Snape and Hermione, it would be JKR's or Dumbledore's focus on Harry to the exclusion of all else. There's plenty of room to slip in some SSHG romance without anyone noticing. And it was adorable the way you wrote Harry practically yelling "wheeee" as he jumped into the trapdoor. Very IC. | 10-01-2007 11:52 Rated 10 Very powerful.... I was listening to the soundtrack while reading and just got to PoNR and the lair scene as I read this chapter. I could totally invision Hermione and Severus playing the roles as I listened. Very nice indeed. Author's Response: *wriggles happily* I love it when people listen to the music as they read. I've read all you've got. And now, like I'm sure so many of your readers must be doing, I'm clambouring for more. This story is so beautiful... It's almost addicting, in the best possible way. I began wondering today if Colin was going to come into Hermione's room and catch Severus watching her...
You really do have an amazing ability to let us see exactly what you're thinking. You should write a book of your own, and who knows? Maybe some day, I'll be writing fan fictions about your stories.
