Oooh! Nicely managed tension! What a sweepingly romantic thing to share, the emotions of this opera as they picture themselves inhabiting the characters. I forgot to mention earlier that you're doing a fine job of making Harry a sexy man instead of a boy, with the Quidditch reflexes and the looking up through his eyelashes and the deep green gaze. WOW WOW WOW! I must admit I was a bit astounded at how quickly you brought on more of a sexual attraction, but then with the basis of the relationship to come being their roles in poto it is understandable that such passion is built up. Well can't wait to find out more!! Author's Response: There is indeed so much passion in PotO, and the Phantom and Christine have such a mesmeric attraction, I wanted to show that kind of attraction developing between Snape and Hermione. Wonderful, vintage Snape! He's such a snarky, egotistical hunk!

Then, I hear his diabolical laughter and goose bumps spread over my flesh. Involuntarily, I chuckle evilly right along with him.

The mad laughter - specifically Michael Crawford's mad laughter - always hurts me to hear it when I listen to my Phantom CD. Because he's so obviously hurting, and laughing like that to pretend he doesn't care and is just a big old scary man. A.R. plays that sort of emotion so beautifully, too. ::Sob::

Stealthily, I adjust my straining erection before I return to my seat. Sitting stiffly [emphasis mine; heh!], I turn my gaze back to her.

Hee! Innuendo! I love it! Good chapter - too many goodies to include in a review!
