| Hello again! May I just ask: in your introduction to this chapter you said "I hope all you folks out there who are desperately yearning for lemons can make do with this chapter" - what do you mean by 'lemons'? I've seen other authors mention something about lemons and I'm wondering what refers to? Author's Response: Ah, that was orginally posted back around 2005, when the term was used more: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Lemon Generally, it refers to sex, particularly explicit smut. | *flailing* Yes! Yes! When someone is homely and invisible or on the margins, there is so much more room for their sexuality! I LOVED that you had them touch each other while invisible! On the margins, to the side of the throng! And in the interstices of the evening's prescribed plot, during the INTERMISSION! And while they're actually doing their jobs, they are fully engaged in that joy, also. They have both family support and independence in this chapter; Hermione's parents get to meet him without the burden of seeing him as their daughter's lover, so for once, he gets *seen*. I am happy, happy for him that he gets to experience this play alongside a woman who knows where he comes from and sees the journey ahead of him and experiences with him the feelings of change, happy for him that they have this shared story through which they can communicate. | This has been one of my Fav Chapters so far! I love Snapes reaction to the play and how intriged he is whith the whole thing! Once again Great writeing!

| I am really enjoying what you have done with the story so far. I love twists to calssic storys, i am definatly adding this story to my favorites!!! | Oh I love it! Their reactions to the play were great and it was so neat to see Severus so consumed by it! The ending of the chapter was nice too, I liked them sharing dessert! Author's Response: I know I get consumed by the play when I see it, so I wrote what I know. *snort* As for dessert... *whistles innocently* I can tie cherry stems in knots with my tongue, so once again, I write what I know! | Somehow you managed to provide a balance between the necessity of describing the play and appeasing the reader's desire to have HG and SS engage in further interaction during their time in the theatre. A difficult job, well done. Cheers for posting. Author's Response: Well, the reactions to the play itself serve as a sort of catalyst, so I had to work on keeping them but not overdoing.
