This is a fic I read on Ashwinder.

Hermione finds out the she pregnant but has no idea how this could have happened. Insert horrible joke from madam Pomfrey about the Egyptian flu where in 9 mother she is gonna be a mummy.

Turns out that after being imperioused that Severus raped Hermione. This story is learning to deal with the aftermath. Surprisingly up beat for subject mater.
