I'm drawing a blank trying to find a fic I read that was loosely based on the Marriage Law challenge. In it, Arthur was the Minister of Magic, and the law was much broader than a usual MLC.

Set after Hogwarts, Hermione makes a list of potential candidates from a "Who's Who" book, and eventually picks Snape. Anyway, he's apparantly gotten so many offers that he's had his house elf send out questionnaires to all the candidates, infuriating Hermione, who answers them all sarcastically.

Well, that's all I can remember. Can anyone help here?
