These stories that I am starting are called "The Dark Chronicles". They begin pre-HP, in 1976 (first story entitled "Wells of Woe"). I wish to find someone who can help me keep it as canon as possible (and please have a good dose of humor, for I'm even more sarcastic without coffee and a pill to live with -- or so says my boyfriend -- I'm trying, I really am!). The following ones will be taking place in the background of the HP books, starting with book 4.

Summary: Eh. Let's see. "Wells of Woe" is told from the first-person point of view of one of Severus' classmates, who befriends him. Normal friendship problems, goes from 5th year to 7th year in a rather condensed version (already in 7th year on Chapter Ten).

Rating: Um... I normally rate it by chapter but in general I'd say... PG-13 to R, possibly.

Category/Genres: Nng. Friendship, Angst... a weensy bit of Romance...

Ship: SS/OFC

Warnings: Um...*thinks* So far, none.

Any special requests that the beta reader will need in beta reaing for you: God, PLEASE be a canon fanatic. I can only rely on HP Lexicon so much. I tend to mess up my dates and names and stuff. *looks on sadly at HP books*

(I've already finished my "To Travel Through Time" and am starting these. They will go with canon and leave open the same mysteries that canon does -- well, most of the time. That's what I need a beta for!)

Many thanks!
-Mel

Severus' mind is his own. We can only speculate.
