Any special requests that the beta reader will need in beta reading for you: Primarily grammar. I write semi professionally, and I've noticed that when I write for fun, I tend to get sloppy. I need someone to notice my sloppy grammar/form errors and to assist me in breaking off my love affair with the comma. I could also use someone to Brit pick. I was born in Ireland, but I think I've lived in the US too long. I tend to forget some of my Briticisms.
