Story title: Phoenix Song
Summary: When Death Eaters attack, the Wizarding world and the Tirnai collide. Noira is sent toHogwarts as a sign of goodwill. With Snape eventually on her side, how will she deal with the Ministry from Hell? Snape/OFC during OOTP.

So, the premise for this story is that there is another race of Magical beings out there, besides the Wizards, veela, centaurs, etc. Neither knew the other existed because they would blame any unexplicable magic on themselves rather than think there was someone else out there. Voldemort has discovered this other race (Tirnai) and now threatens both their worlds. Noira, the OFC is sent to hogwarts to teach her brand of magic, and her and snape refuse to get along. You can guess what happens next.  Oh yeah, and Umbridge gets ugly. We all know how she hates half breeds.
I have already pinned the first few chapters (yeah, it's gonna be long) and would really like to have them looked over for well-roundedness and cannon complacency, as well as an ideas for details, brit picking as well... because I've only visited the country once, and that was 7 years ago. There are obviously parts of my story that will not follow cannon, but I will try to follow the main plot of the books. If interested, send me an owl (email) and I can supply you with more info. |
