Reviews for Two Sides Against the Middle

I guess a lot of your readers will be angry with Severus' for his attitude. But I still feel sorry for him. He didn't want any of this.

Author's Response: It was a pretty controversial chapter, but I thought it was important to show that he still had a lot of conflicting feelings and thoughts. And, the fact of the matter is, regardless of whatever else happens in cannon or out of it, Harry Potter will always be the symbol of Snape's greatest disappointment ever.

It's kind of upsetting that the first pregnant woman Severus thinks of when hearing the prophecy is Lily. Of course, Emily is probably due way before that, but nonetheless, you'd think it would cross his mind. Will he be forced to tell Voldie the prophecy, I wonder?

Author's Response: Emily is going to have the baby months too soon. I wonder, indeed, evil grin.

Don't take this the wrong way, but Severus is an idiot. He has this woman that adores him, provides him him with knock-out sex, and is pregnant with his child. So who cares what Lily and James are doing? I'm kind of worried about the prophesy, when is Emily's baby due?

Author's Response: Emily's baby is imminent; they got pregnant during the middle of the summer; their baby is not the child of the prophecy. Meanwhile, a due date is an approximation. Any kid born within three weeks before and two weeks after is considered perfectly on time, so you see I gave Severus a false sense of security on that front. I'm pretty sure this is beta reader Trickie Woo's least favorite passage because of Snape's attitude. She forgave me, though, by way of a hint.
